Aquaterior® Limited Warranty

In pursuit of providing our customer with safe and durable products, the quality standard and the workmanship of Aquaterior ® are always rigorous.

 

Faucet Product Five-Year Limited Warranty

Aquaterior® faucets and their parts are warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship, also leak and drip resulted from the original valve during normal use. The warranty period is five years from the date of the original purchase. If this faucet should ever leak or drip during the warranty period, after verification and according to the defect condition, Aquaterior® will provide a new valve or a new faucet to put the faucet back in good working condition.

 

The following cases will be excluded from this warranty:

  • Damage due to man-made damage or improper installation by not following the instruction correctly in the user manual.
  • Damage or malfunction resulted from natural disaster (fire disaster, freezing disaster, ), abnormal voltage applied, improper installation, improper installation or improper maintenance and care.
  • Issues due to locally insufficient hydraulic pressure or large amount of impurities in local water source.

 

One-Year Limited Warranty for Other Kitchen Metal Casting Products

Aquaterior® warrants to the original consumer purchaser that the faucets and their parts will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use within one year from the date of the original purchase.

 

The following cases will be excluded from this warranty:

  • Reasonable wear, tear, stain or alkaline etching due to long time of usage, maintenance or care, local water quality or air conditions, which are not manufacturing defects.
  • Issue due to improper or incorrectly performed cleaning or maintenance.

 

Ceramic Product (Sink) One-Year Limited Warranty

Aquaterior® warrants to the original consumer purchaser that the ceramic product (sink) will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use within one year from the date of the original purchase. If ceramic product (sink) should ever have damage due to issue of quality, after verification and according to the damage condition, Aquaterior® will provide repairing services or a new product of the same or similar model.

 

The following cases will be excluded from this warranty:

  • The product is removed from its original installation location.
  • Damage due to improper maintenance, misuse, abuse.
  • Accidental damage or damage caused during delivery.
  • Issue caused by not following installation instructions provided by Aquaterior®.

 

  • Aquaterior® Shall not be liable for any damage caused by force majeure or accidental events and any cost of arbitrary repairing or replacing by the customer.
  • This warranty is valid only for Aquaterior® products purchased and installed in the USA and is to ensure the Aquaterior® product meets its using standards. Aquaterior® shall not be liable for any expense of product installation and other labor costs.
